From the definition it is an enclosed or semi closed area used for dispersing the liquid of an automobile of a fabricated item, the paint spray booth history dates to over a century now since the idea was developed. The road from the first invention more than a century ago up to date sophisticated finishing system is a dramatic one that can not be assumed.

Air was always emitted from the whole vacuum in the painting chamber of the equipment. It was moved to a lower direction around the substance to be painted where it picked up the drying agent and excess liquid that was left during the painting operation and it underwent treatment to remove the excess liquid, normally with a water wash.

It is also used to contain things like resins varnish smell and conformal coatings. So, use of these methods in your daily activity have respiratory health disadvantages.

First before excess liquid which may have over leaked can be removed from the atmosphere with the wash water, It must first be held by the downward moving air from the vacuum, to be specific, at the points where automobile sections are being painted on production basis such as when carried by a conveyor belt. It is important that the excess liquid generated or produces when gently dispersing mist of liquid, one section does not contaminate other sections that had earlier been dispersed with mist of liquid or yet to be painted.

The device is a small stall fitted with an extraction fan and filters to get rid of and absorb the harmful particles from airbrush paints. Filters can either be inbuilt in the cabinet units or fitted separately. These equipments are designed in a range of sizes from as small as 1 by 1 by 1 inch cubes to as large as could feet a 100 by 20 by 25 feet room.

This equipment and their systems have been critical in our day to day activity and to our hemisphere development and defense for nearly a century. These gadget appear in every type of industry that could be thought of all over the world. They have also improved the quality of life for the majority if not everyone.

Today, Paint finishing industry requires these modernized gadgets that suit the different painting requirements. Some require sophisticated booths that are fully integrated in to their production and management system while others need simply standalone booths.

In a nutshell, such equipment has very many important functions and so it is advised that you should not build your own spraying booth because it requires detailed professionalism and expertise. To add, it requires skilled personality to determine the best material to use so as to make it fully effective in filtering dirty material when spraying and also extracting the flammable material and diluting them.
