Work quality. To better justify your choice of contractor, you need to talk to a previous client, or even better, try to check a previous project in person. You may also consider browsing for customer reviews on the Internet.

Experience. The longer an individual is exposed to the trade, the better he becomes. Experience is irrefutably the best teacher, therefore, it is never wrong to expect perfection from somebody with undeniable years of service.

Cost. While a good job is expected to come with a good price, this is not always the case. Pretty sure, there are contractors out there that offer professional quality finish without charging exorbitantly. Price negotiation is not an unusual event but you should also know how to bargain right.

Contract of agreement. Each company outlines specific terms in accordance with its standards.
